Red, Milo and I played the shit out of it on a free weekend. Couldn't justify spending money for it though, esp since the game was more fun co-op than solo.
Yeah, it was gifted to me by a friend who wanted to play it, seems pretty gud, and I like the bits of lore teased too, Endless universe is pretty cool.
Hey guys, I need some recommendations on what test materials I should look into when studying for the GRE general test. I'm tryna get into PhD Computer Science programs and I feel that I want much better test scores than I got the last time. I took them last time in 2011, my senior year. I knew I was going into the Peace Corps but my girlfriend at the time had plans for grad school so I took them with her. I definitely did not study as hard as I should have and my scores reflect that.
Verbal Reasoning: 155 / 67% Percentile (LOL) Quantitative Reasoning: 162 / 83% Percentile (disappointing to be honest) Analytical Writing: 5.0 / 93% Percentile (WTF I have never done this well in any writing exam literally EVER)
What I DO remember about studying is that both my girlfriend and I came out of the GREs agreeing that they were way WAY harder than anything we had practiced beforehand. I don't know or remember what test materials we practiced with but I do remember CRUSHING them and then going to the actual test and getting the Charles Dickens. So friends, what do you recommend me so that I may get into S-tier PhD Computer Science programs?
ps RIP Thread Passion confirmed btw. I am not going back to catch up on 60 pages. WHO HAS THAT KIND OF TIME?

Switching from face/aggro decks to slower decks takes quite some getting used to. I'm pretty garbage at aggro decks compared to slow decks nowadays :<. Climbing the ladder using Freeze mage pretty successfully atm.

I remember taking awhile to get used to all-ining, ignoring the board to force the opponent to trade, etc. when I played backspace Rogue. There's decision-making to it, but I tend to prefer the "what can I afford to burn now, and what do I have to absolutely hold onto / what are my options?" that comes with the midrange/combo decks.
I don't really play anything midrange save for Mech Mage when I need to for quests I think (and even then I don't have Antonidas), and... maybe the Demonlock? It's basically using Voidwalkers + Mistress of Pain + Imp Gang Boss, and nerubian combos (argus, hellfire, PO) to get board control early on and/or survive aggro decks (zoo are still a huge pain in the ass and if they have a decent start I always lose), then later try to bring Doomguards via Void Caller (or a big Terror but that thing just dies or get BGH'd) to seal the deal with my remaining POs. It's def. not combo, it's too slow to be real aggro, and it's not control since I don't have the legendaries to give me a late game. So... midrange by default?
Only real control I've played is my legendary-less warrior (which still won because taunts+armour vs unrefined zoo or face hunter let you survive till they lost steam), and whenever I decide to play some kind of thief priest I guess.
