And yes the limited format for arena sucks (insert yangers rant here) but if you're not shit you still do pretty well more often than not. Arena earns more cards per time. Constructed earns more cards per game because you can do the bare minimum required to finish your daily quests and then stop, whereas arena requires you to actually win games beyond that to actually be gaining anything (e.g. you get a 3-win daily and you finish 3 arena wins--unless your next daily is achievable by your current arena class, you have to actually finish the arena run to even start on the next daily). It really depends on your play patterns and how much Hearthstone you expect to play at a given point. Personally any time I actually got to the ~10 games of HS per day mark (which is what you're going to be playing if you're expecting arena to keep up with your daily quests), I started to rapidly lose interest in the game.

For someone who actually hates playing Arena, forcing myself to finish an entire run at once ended up feeling like a very masochistic thing to do with my play sessions.

If I go like 3 days without touching an Arena deck, I'm probably going to lose the first game I sit down with it, so I always felt compelled to actually finish Arena runs in one sitting. For someone who actually hates playing Arena, forcing myself to finish an entire run at once ended up feeling like a very masochistic thing to do with my play sessions. The question isn't whether or not Arena is more enjoyable (it's not, it never ever is), it's whether or not it's more profitable.

Right, but in order for it to be so, you have to still be completing your dailies. That means you either have to play arena games that are not for the purpose of finishing daily quests (in order to finish a run to allow you to start your next quest) or build up to a point where you're wasting dailies, or do what krndandaman does (which is still fundamentally playing constructed, it's just also playing arena when a quest happens to suit your current arena run). Arena is more profitable if you're playing games beyond the minimum for daily quests (because playing beyond the minimum earns you next to nothing playing constructed). If you only play few enough games at a time to finish dailies and no more, you're going to be playing at least some constructed.

https://store.wacom.com/us/en/product/CTL480/?_ga=1.205832339.1086160399.1435769560 I'm considering grabbing this as it seems fairly cheap and might be a bit more up my alley than pencil/paper? Idk. Obviously still very new to the whole "drawing" thing

Obviously still very new to the whole "drawing" thing Personally, I'd give it more time to see if it's a hobby your going to stick to so you don't own a drawing tablet you never use in a few months. Also you don't get the same power of manipulation with the medium etc. So if you're not planning on doing digital design stuff I'm not sure a tablet is what you're looking for anyway.

Regarding any kind of tablet, try it first, see if it is as you expect.

See, that's kinda how I feel about pencil/paper. Sure, I can erase things, but I feel like things are harder to manipulate for me. And if I want to try to add color of some sort, then it's a whole other level of permanence. tl;dr - I'm just shitty at art things T_T
