Kind of a, "God exists in our hearts"/"God is the love that we share" type of thing. I think it's less that he's saying that all stories from all religions across the world are true, but that we shouldn't judge other religions because to them, it's true in their minds and hearts. This is one of the first popes that I've been really interested in reading his books. Pope Benedict was more of a scholar, and never was comfortable being the face of the church and sharing his views, but Francis is very much willing to listen to and speak to the people, not only of the Church, but around the world. | ||
