My initial grind was way easier because at the time the low tiers weren't riddled with fucking flak and you could actually play the game (flak doesn't require finesse, accuracy, nor ability to use your reload time or anything, and low tiers are a right-click fest where you die in under 3s if you ever enter one guy's line of fire). Tier4 is one of the worst grinds all tanks considered (save for some very high tiers when they're stock, but at that point you save some "free exp" anyway). Tier5-6 were the most enjoyable, most of the tanks that I played there were gutted though (Pz4, M4A3E8 "Firefly", VK3601H) and I ended up selling them once I became better with higher tiers. French and Brit early light/medium(heavy) lines ae irredeemable trash and it takes the 8th tier for them to become decent (not good: decent), with some exceptions like the ELC AMX because it's awesome or the Churchill I (because it's indestructible when it's highest tier on the field). I have no idea how it looks like now (only stuff I've grinded recently are the open-rooftop US TDs, and HE ammunition is broken and stupid as fuck at low tiers so it didn't matter much). | ||
