Not on everyone (runes playing a part in it) but close enough. Maybe Viktor can too somehow, and a lucky Brand. Zyra very easily if plants don't RNG you. Then you have Jayce, Anivia, Kha'Zix, who take more than half your health in a single trade, with somewhat short cooldowns. I tried to think about an ability with similar effects to Sunder on LoL at some point (was basically an entire kit about "trading", then I realised Riot would never do such a thing because invisible power, and when balance doesn't feel satisfying to use in cases where one half isn't used much (because both effects are only moderate)), and even with thresholds an ability like Sunder would ruin laning and cause griefing over having to drop your own HP if you don't want to make the other guy harder to kill. | ||
