Windows 7 Ultimate - 64 bit
If you got SSD, do it, windows 8 and 8.1 pretty much made for ssd, insanely fast boot times, otherwise not worth.
Is it that much faster... My windows 7 boots in 10 seconds or so...
Windows 8 is babymode for SSDs. It automatically sets TRIM, and the defrag utility will recognize an SSD and the defrag service will send TRIM to the SSD on service instead of actually running defragmentation
8 is better than 7 in pretty much every way except UI (debatable) and gaming (i.e. drivers). I'd take the license and sit on it for another month if you're in no rush to build a new computer or upgrade your current one and then do it once problems stop happening (i.e. last time I tried to boot into 8.1 the 8.1 intel 4000 driver was not working and the last version was for 8 which was incompatible)

So glad you could comment on american beer being shitty. You've tasted all american beer?
Incase you're not aware, it's hipster to gate on american beer.
Think of the most prominent 'American' beers. Miller, Coors, Budweiser. Those are indisputably shit. And the 'lite' varieties are even worse (and much more popular). There are uncountable numbers of quality beers, both local and national, but the majority of the spotlight is filled by such awfulness that I bet my gutters taste better. And this is without discussing the truly awful beer (PBR/Natty Ice etc) that is sold to stupid college students. It ought to be treason for any of the major brands to label themselves 'American Style'. rabblerabblerabble.
Budweiser is technically a German beer in origin. What does "American style" even mean, these are all huge multinational corporations anyways.
You can always find good and bad beer originating everywhere, and if you want to go all beer elitist you can always find obscure microbrews in whatever style you want, no matter your location...
American budweiser and German budweiser are different companies also I think beer snobbery is going to far I don't like ales 99% of the time just I don't like eating heavy food every day.
I highly recommend actually getting the tool that is used to remove those screws. The stripping or whatever that happens might not be worth the 5 dollars to get the correct tool.

I actually like the windows 8 UI because I'm not a plebian attached to skeuomorphic design elements
They removed a lot of the super obnoxious mouse gestures that made no intuitive sense unless you were using a touchscreen between the beta 8 and release 8 and 8.1 now adds the option to boot to desktop (because Metro is garbage, unless you're on a Surface 2 Pro)

New coat. I like the base and shoulders quite a bit. May embolden the bronze on the base part to make it more noticeable from a distance. Also thinking of some sort of decal or marking to place in the wide black portion.
Compared to the rest of the forces. Obviously it doesn't match the theme as well, unsure how to rectify. Although, it makes sense given the lore of Destroyers, as they're not typical Necrons, and may have their own armor to differentiate their insanity.
