I think it's because I'm in such an affluent county (marin), half these kids probably have trust fund income greater than my savings. On the upside the teachers are extremely high quality. The foundation affiliated with the school imploded into a pile of embezzlement lawsuits. They don't even have a website anymore. Basically the financial aid department doesn't do anything except funnel the pell and cal grant checks to you, they have no interest in researching scholarships or really helping at all. I'm reading a book on how to get them and it suggests in my situation I scout by going to another school and pretending to be a student at their department, l0l. Do any of you have advice on good scholarships for a student interested in math? It's just so laborious finding them. Don't complain, a year at my school is 56K. My scholarship was originally 2/3, but with tuition increases and whatnot its down to half. Do the math on that, math major. Math majors are notoriously bad at doing math. But we're really good at following cohomology chain complexes! I couldn't remember the formula for the surface area of a sphere when my cousin asked for HW help, but I sure can tell you everything about the surfaces of n-spheres. I remember proving how integrals worked, and then spent the next 2 months not figuring out how to actually calculate one. That was a weird year My first GRE Math practice test I basically failed because I didn't realize they asked you to evaluate closed integrals. The same way diamonds are basically totally worthless except a bunch of old white dudes convinced the whole world that they have value. Had a funny conversation with my prof at the time about how he almost failed a class cause he couldn't evaluate anything, but just ended up proving the integral can be evaluated and wrote that down instead. Moral of the story is that math majors are bad at math It's really quite funny. We spent so much time proving how to solve undefined, complex equations that the little stuff just goes away. Junior year I had Math Analysis once a week for 2.5 hrs, and it was a night class. Not only was it insanely hard, the teacher was boring as fuck, I was exhausted (cuz it was always after gymnastics practice), and it just lasted forever. By the end of the 2.5 hours, we struggled do to basic addition/subtraction.

I suppose the idea is that they remind you of death, which is generally a good thing, but every lame person I've ever known had skull things and every non-lame person never had any skull things. Things that are somewhat eastern, like buddha or chinese characters or things like that usually make you look silly or like a smartass imo. If something carries a deep meaning for you doesn't mean that you have to carry that thing.

Wearing a big tshirt with a skull in the middle obv is lame, but a small wood carved bracelet with skulls can work. I'd probably only wear it with another bracelet though, like a simple woven one. I haven't picked yet though.

Idk man, I'm 22 and still haven't outgrown my graphic tee phase. I mean, granted, I have to wear a dress/polo shirt for work, but I have soooooooo many graphic tees. It's funny to compare to my 20 year old brother who is super hipster.

It's pretty clearly meant to be a better, more fluid transition from KH1 to KH2, Final Mix has a lot of conveniences that 2 offers such as Skip Scene and reaction commands. Also all of the heartless got recolors. Overall it's wayyy more smooth, and while a lot of that might just be the PS3, it's really great and I'm enjoying it. Also HD is very pretty ;_; EDIT: Also guys wtf screw substitutes, Mayo is love, Mayo is life. I eat Mayonnaise with French Fries, I get looks when I do it but it's actually completely amazing and superior to ketchup.
