In general the matchup is ~50/50, last I checked. Rogue is very dependent on Card Draw; it's generally lends towards a combo deck with low mana spells. Warrior is also generally more combo-centric, though you don't need to have a large hand at all to win with classic Control Warrior. There are plenty of tech answers available. Like really, what draw does Control Warrior run? Only two (well, 4 since x2), Acolyte and Shield Block. Shield Block is primarily used because of Shield Slam, and not just for the hp/cantrip, and honestly, alot of newer warriors overvalue getting card draw out of Acolyte. I would toss it most of the time in a mulligan except against certain matchups where a 1/3 can generally get value, or also have a deaths bite in that mulligan, or stuff like Unstable Ghoul (which is generally better than Whirlwind, tbh). Early armorsmith is almost invariably better. | ||
