Monte's like that guy, on some things he just doesn't change. I'm pretty fine with it. On April 14 2015 05:49 jcarlsoniv wrote: definitely one of my favorite paragraphs in OT history Hey! There's someone for who I'm not "the QQ guy", cheers! Although the fat I've taken is definitely from all the junk food I eat. I've started taking small breakfasts again (getting up shortly before work so a bit of chocolate and a banana I eat while driving, usually... ), but I still eat something like 3 bars of chocolate per week on average, and up to 7-8 months ago I'd still buy a 1.1 lbs box of (liquorice and gelatine) candies every monday and it'd last me the week. At first it didn't really affect my weight though, but a mix of stress, moving even less when I was unemployed (I think I mentioned because of stress I drove to the cafeteria since last summer instead of the 30 minutes back-and-forth walk too), and eating a bunch of sandwiches instead of actual cafeteria meals ended up taking its toll. I think age is a factor too. I'm going toward 27 now, so even though I'm still "young", I'm already far from my peak, physically, much more than when I was 23. Things I could afford previously I cannot anymore. I should probably make myself eat more, I've got dinner 3 hours ago but I'm getting hungry again. Could snack a biit of chocolate to reach these 3 bars. Could certainly crack open a few nuts instead too. I should look into cooking some fish, even if I generally dislike it it can't do me bad. Also more steaks and less sausages. Guess I should invest in another frying pan, or clean the washes every day instead of every 2-3 if I start doing that though, muh laziness. ;_; How old are you, Soniv and Numy? Soniv's 24 iic, and I assume Numy is a bit younger? I was the same too, eating till I'm full (didn't have much appetite, that's true), not necessarily well, but not putting on weight, but the past year or so my body's been telling me he won't take it anymore. | ||
