I actually am a big proponent of removing sugar from your diet. There's way too much of it in everything and it's just not healthy. However, you take this in the context of priorities and goals. If someone just cares about putting on mass, ice cream is a fantastic combination (not just fat, but muscle too).

But cookies and ice cream are both loaded with sugar, otherwise they wouldn't be tasty. It's just that ice cream is frozen sugar cream while cookies are baked flour egg butter sugar. Whereas whole milk is understandable because it's lots of fat and its sugar is lactose, not table sugar. edit: this thread is moving too fast for meh

Yea I guess I'm not deadlifting "heavy" anymore or at least not trying to measure progression on that by the maximum weight but how well I can handle it. Right now for core deadlifts my stance is wider than I want so it's pulling mostly from quads instead of getting power through the hips but I'm going to be working on slowly narrowing that stance while doing rack pulls and fairly light deficit lifts to work on power from the bottom and lower back stability. I can pull like 225-245 x5/x3/x1 but sometimes it looks good and sometimes it looks awful so it's not really in a good spot and I just need to eat the humble pie and work at 185-205 with good form.

I had that idea in my head that going to the gym would be something like 2 hours each time, so easily over 3 with the travel/shower/etc. time, and that it'd make me give up a bunch of free time to do that three times during week days if I went to a gym, but apparently you don't have to train that long to keep form. I prob. do 30 minutes max when I decide to go everything, and I wouldn't be able to do it every day either because my thighs easily get tired. So you're telling me that if Creator Viktor is not my favourite Viktor skin then I'm not a decent human being? That's a bold claim! Furthermore, I think I disagree with your personal theory. This is because I think, at least in this case, sourness and saltiness are very similar if not the same. So unless Soniv thinks at a higher level than all of us (which is possible) I would think he may have similar thoughts to my own. And if that is the case, then that line of thinking doesn't hold up super well. No, I was only denying his claim of Full Machine as the best Viktor skin, since it's actually the worst. I wouldn't dare to take a guess as to your true nature and value. I'm leaving that up to you the next time you hurl a prospective "what if" at Wave depicting yourself as an alien or robot to further the current point. As for Soniv's thinking pattern, your mistake is to take your comparison at face value. As claims of johns and hitstuns have been sighted, it's been made clear that Soniv isn't over a lump of bad faith to disregard his own shortcomings. What matters to him here isn't whether sourness is far from saltiness or not, but only that sourness isn't saltivness.

I haven't had any technical problems, but my friend has and I watched him do the same thing as me. Seems spotty. Still an early contestant for game of the year. Probably the best game to come out thus far in 2015. Evolve doesn't really seem so great to me.
