I was doing 6 different exercises per visit, usually just three sets of 10. Took anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour fifteen depending on what equipment was open. 2 hours of actual lifting time is a ton. | ||

Haha well my parents for 2 sons and couldn't have a 3rd child to try again for a daughter so pretty sure if they do have a granddaughter they'll freak out so hard. Parallels could be drawn to the pet industry where on one side we have breeders pumping out as many expensive pets as they can and on the other side animals are being abandoned and or put down. Its more common now for people to look toward shelters where they can adopt/save a pet but even then people only want the pretty young pets that need saving. Its pretty gross that lives are lost this way but its very simmilar to what is happening to children all over the planet. As educated citizens of the world its actually pretty irresponsible and selfish to make a baby when so many children need our help. I know what wave refers to when he says the pull of having your own homemade child but i can't logically justify it. | ||
