Is there something you would expect me to do otherwise? I was a pommels specialist, so I was never particularly ripped. I never liked lifting. Yoga is a great way for me to unwind after work and be at least somewhat active. Also, I weighed myself today for the first time in a few months. I've been trying to eat healthier in general, and I went from 160 back to my fairly nominal 151. =) | ||
