I saw he did an AMA the other day, but I've never heard of him. Any suggestions where to start?
Yeah he's only 20 so still up and coming. 1999 was his debut mixtape and is well worth checking out. It got a ton of critical praise and pretty much the main reason his debut album (the one I mentioned) was so hyped. Both are on Spotify actually so I'd give both a shot. If you're just gotta check out a couple songs I'd recommend Waves, Survival Tactics, Paper Trail$, and Escape 120.

He's a reall cool guy. Active on his livestream, nice to fans. Yeah he can be an asshole on Twitter but Twitter is just assholes spewing shit towards eachother anyway.
Oh and on the B4.DA.$$, pretty good.
I've picked up BadBadNotGood in my playlist recently, so goddamn nice. Especially when studying/working. Made me realize I need more jazz in my life.

Last episode was great.
I wouldn't say Archer was in a slump per say, Season 4 was still incredibly funny, but the status quo change was quite refreshing. Especially since it kind of came out of no where since they were still getting good ratings with the old formula.
I actually really enjoyed the fifth season Miami vice thing. I thought it was a great way to break up the monotony of the spy thing (not that it was getting old) and I find it just as funny as other seasons.

Summer Knights was pretty good as well. He had another mixtape called rejex but that wasn't quite as good (but still solid in my opinion if you know what you're listening to before hand), although for good reason because it was a collection of the songs that didn't make the cut for 1999.
All in all 1999 is a great starting point and I recommend it as well.

What about brotein? My natural diet is pretty light on protein, so I have to supplement with whey protein powder. There's a couple studies (actual experimental studies) out there regarding daily protein consumption and muscle mass gain.
try as hard as a coffin nail i acutally try not nearly hard enough, that was just the cheapest humour possible just quote from a random unrelated movie
