I had a dream that I was in the beta for Overwatch. But it was ACTUALLY me in the game playing with a bunch of people. All the people I was playing with were people from Lesotho. One of my best friends there got a call from Blizzard. They said that they couldn't sell the game unless it had a single player story which meant the game was going to be delayed. Also the map we were playing on, a lot of the fighting happened in this one area, on a hill with a wall in the middle. Blizzard reported something like 60% of all deaths happened at that exact spot. It made sense given the spawn points and layout of the map. But they weren't happy with it none the less.

Despite how much I play them I don't actually dream about video games that much. Interesting nonetheless, that's pretty sensical as far as dreams go.

IDK, just because a dream makes some kind of narrative sense doesn't mean that it's any more comfortable. At least in half of my dreams that I remember I'm on the run from some shadowy or corrupting evil. This is true even of the dreams where I somehow have a girlfriend. I've had some preeetty bad ones that I still don't like thinking about.

It helps to remember dreams if you wake up too early... that is, in the middle of your REM cycle. If it's all said and done it's much harder to remember. When my sleep schedule is good I generally don't remember anything. I find that right before I wake up I tend to be more lucid-y, but it's not something I've ever practiced.

Well I have good experience with Riot support actually. I know it takes time to resolve a problem (takes average 3-4 days to get final answer that is not an automatic BOT response). Once I waited 12 days for an answer but that's because I've accidentaly clicked "Polish" as preferred language and I had a reply from polish Riot supported. Previously I was always contacting with the English ones.

Man, you guys have such interesting dreams. I only have the same old ones, like being chased by rhinos or being stuck in a post-apocalyptic underground bunker trying to find my fiancee while being chased by the military. Or that one recurring one where I feel like I've woken up but am bound to my bed and also drowning. You know, the boring usual ones.

I'm actually with Jeff on this one. I rarely remember my dreams after they occur. Maybe like once every four months I can vividly remember a dream that I had the previous night.

Also they announced a new Fire Emblem for the 3DS. I was a little worried that Awakening might be the last game in the franchise, but here we are.

I experienced some lucid dreaming and remembered some of my dreams back in the day.

But then I went to Lesotho and my dreams went from like 0 to 1000. I dream every night, and if I don't explicitly remember them, I wake up with the emotions I was feeling in the dream. Actually pretty sweet considering the amount of dreams I have that are fun, good, or in general pretty interesting. I wake up excited, happy, or in a curious mood. I have also been fucking with lucid dreaming lately and am able to control my dreams to a certain extent. When I first started I would be like OH SHIT I AM DREAMING DO COOL STUFF but I would be toooo conscious and wake up. Now I toned it back a bit and am like kiiiiinda lucid. It's a really fun process actually.

If I didn't do computer science and one day hope to work in the video game industry I would have most certainly gone in to the science of the brain and studied dreams/how drugs affect the brain.

Actually I think I know what you're talking about. There would be that point of just before you actually shut down your mind where you were aware that you were dreaming. And I recall having those "Oh hey I am dreaming" and then trying to alter my dreams in some way.

Another interesting thing for me was that, the weirder my dreams got or the more rules of reality that they broke, the closer I was to actually falling asleep.

There are plenty of things about the human mind that we don't yet understand. Human conscious for one thing, if something were to come to mind.
