Man I thought I could clear it but then he kept using heals and divine shields to keep it up. Wtb Flamestrike in that draft. I've been trying to survive since then, it's not pretty. If he can get such a start consistently that's 12-wins material unless he encounters heavy removal/AoE. Welp whatever. I was wondering how that draft was going anywhere with 0 poly/flamestrike and considering I could rarely set a water elemental up. Got my answer, getting wrecked by decent drafts now that I'm at 5 wins and I have 0 "real" removal, esp. against spectral knights. They're so hard to deal with without AoE or real minions. :< I guess priests have it worse though. | ||

Apparently there's some third level of allegory as well that shares themes throughout all of the games ed McMillan has mad too, so there's hat. Unlocked the negative and only got a couple clears left for the Polaroid so I can start clearing the secret levels/bosses. | ||

I saw Soniv go 7-3 with one of the worst Rogue drafts ever. I literally got jelly back then when I watched Wave/Soniv stream Arena, because of the sheer amount of misplays their opponents committed. WHERE ARE THESE PPL WHEN I ARENA? | ||

He goes secret-coin-mad scientist, I'm afraid it's a ploy to use defender (since it's the most commonly picked paladin secret) so I attack the scientist instead. The secret is avenge and he has a 5/5 undertaker on board at the start of turn 3. Mistakes were made. (Then turn 4 he has an acolyte of pain with blessing of kings on top of it. Oh yes, that was quite some pain train he ran me over with. Man that secret doesn't look great in constructed but it can really wreck you in arena. :') ) Edit: now that it's over, I think I could actually have turned it had I drawn one of my 3 sunwalkers in the 17 cards I got that game. Would have relied a lot on me being able to keep the board cleared though because he dropped me so low initially he would have won any face race. | ||
