Heard ninjas are pretty broken in that game, but I love the concept of dual wielding so I was going to make my main character a ninja anyway. Though I was considering the classic rpg hero with a 1h light elemental sword route too. Edit: It's really hard to keep healers alive for me so far. Two enemy archers always just pop my healers everytime. I think I might just be positioning them really poorly though. + Show Spoiler + Ended up choosing to exterminate the town because I usually pick the standard jrpg hero route of "save everyone, not a single evil bone in my body" but decided to play a bit differently this time. | ||

You just make a quick savestate at that point and put it somewhere so you can come back later and try otherwise. I chose the other to start, and I'm curious about what your end of chapter 2 will look like. And yeah it's stupidly hard to keep people alive in general. One thing that confused me is that LUCT, especially compared to FFT, is almost Fire Emblem levels of "you personally know everyone in your army", it just throws so many characters at you. I thought I'd make my guys use shields because you take to much damage having a high chance to straight-up block the attack seems super good. I'll take anything that makes that game less hard though. >< Oh, also, important stuff: status magic doesn't check your INT stat, but your DEX stat. If you train a male wizard let his INT do the work, but for Swordmasters, or female Witches (but not female Sirens, who are basically even more powerful but squishier mages) you're better off leveling them mainly as archers because that's what gives the most DEX (especially Witches; whenever yours is about to raise a level, just switch her to archer, start a sparring, make her level up then back to Witch). Shelke when I saw how Ghandi and Tolkien were playing Mafia one of my first thoughts was "Shelke and Scip should have /in'd". | ||
