Also depends on how you place your good/evil moral scale. Is someone like Magneto CG or CE? He's pretty extreme in his views and wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice "normal" humans, but at the same time he basically wants to fight oppression and remold the system into a fairer one for mutants. I don't know much about Drow society (and religion) but aren't they depicted as evil by nature? Although if from their point of view they're doing the right thing by sticking to their culture and adhering to their goddess' commandements, wouldn't the typical drow be good in his society, so for example a campaign set in there would make them evil for the outside world, but loyal good in the setting?
Xmen is interesting because Magneto is more good than evil but employs evil characters, and the lawful good characters tend to work to protect the evil ones.

Batman is really odd to me because he clearly acts on behalf of Lawful entities(tries to prop up good/not-corrupt officials and the city of Gotham to ideally be able to defend itself and no longer need a hero like himself, and then there's the Justice League), but his actions lean into the Chaotic side of things because he himself breaks/abuses the law to accomplish his goals, and attacks members of the "Law" itself in the extreme cases that warrant it(mass corruption).

He's got A code, which I think is the basis of the argument.
Now I've gone and put pressure on myself to put out world details for you folks. I'll do my best to write some over the weekend so they can be highly scrutinized by everyone for a long time.

Yea he cares more about the spirit of the law than the letter of the law.

I'd say he cares more about justice, than law. Laws are man-made, justice is natural

I feel like this song would make a decent video game soundtrack or at least sections of it, I don't have much to add when you guys are talking about that stuff. Anyways, checking out more Snarky Puppy and
You're about as justified saying these kinds of things here as I'd be calling out anyone whining about Hearthstone. I don't get why most people caught in these arguments try to act like they're different when we've all been full on shitters in the GD threads for months on end.
