The original series in 1979 was designed to be a show for young adults that would revolutionize the robot genre of anime by making a robot show serious with political undertones and villains that had good sides to them and things like that. You know, an actual story. It was the first robot show like that and was revolutionary for its time. They kept adding to that and repeating it for years and years and years with more UC Gundam shows. SEED was an attempt to bring the show to a different sort of audience (a younger one) by rebooting the series but using a simpler framework, and making it more about the robots and the fighting and less about the subtext. If you like it that's fine, but to compare it to UC Gundam is I think being dishonest, despite the fact that they share a name and many of the same plot points. | ||

No they work, theyre all just super similar so if you type em wrong it becomes another one really easily | ||

Riot fucked up. Codes have been faulty for awhile, and whats happening is that sometimes the codes work and sometimes they dont. I tested it by using a ward skin code that i tried to use yesterday to no success (it said it was already taken). Today it worked. So I can really only assume that the code accepting process that Riot used is faulty. I'm certain i typed the codes right and also certain they havent been used. I'd suggest emailing Riot about it if you're unable to successfully get it to work. If you show that you have the actual codes in your email, they might grant you the skin. Otherwise, all you can do is wait until tomorrow and see if the process is fixed. Remember, however, that they still do expire on the fifth. TL;DR Rito pls | ||

SEED is definitely a Gundam show. I am not sure why people dismiss it so easily. If SEED ended with the Kira and Athrun duel would people consider SEED To be a good show? Episode 27-28 is Gundam written all over it and the show spent a great deal of effort to reach that point. It's actually a lot better than some of the older shows (Four Murasame LOLOLOL). I think the issue is that some people find the stuff afterwards to be a bit too TTGL-ish, which is fair, but some of the UC stuff are pretty bullshit and even worse than SEED (Axis Shock is fucking HILARIOUS). | ||

I won't ask for skin codes since I already have the champions, but if there are no Euros "in need" I won't say no to NA-used codes to redeem on EUW. | ||
