ESPN3 stream is the same quality as always, really good until you tab off the stream for one second and have to deal with random switching between low quality and full quality until you refresh the stream.

That is correct!
Dark Souls had TWO names before reaching the West. The first was "Dark Race" (you can see the potential issues) and the second was "Dark Ring" (interpreted as a possible euphemism for "anus").
