Yes you can set up multiple hotkeys for them. I use B N and Space bar for my groups so that way I can just flow through them. The good thin for me about the hotkeys is that I only have to set them once per game, and then they always pick up the same group.

I did, and then my compendium got to level 139 after predictions, voting, and 10 hero challenge. 15 treasures.

Wine, like most other alcohol, comes down mainly to taste even in the "bad ones". There are a wide variety of wines and its easy to find a few you like, so long as you're willing to taste.
For instance, while I enjoy wine and love dry reds (whites are terrible with the exception of a good dry sparkling ideally served as a cocktail) my main drink of choice is whiskey (Gin/Tequila as well). And while i love me some good expensive whiskey, there is nothing ever wrong with a standard bottle of Jim Beam Rye (or Wild Turkey Rye*) ideally prepared as an old fashioned (Orange + Chocolate bitters)
*But only the Ryes for both, cheap bourbons are literally wastewater in the Tequila/Scotch production line
