I hope our power doesn't go out with all of the ice hanging everywhere. It could be a while to get it back. | ||

2 years ago, my oldest sister got married on Oct 29. This was the weekend of the Hallopocalypse (their wedding photos are awesome). It was like 2 feet of snow, the trees were not remotely ready to have snow on them. Shit was down everywhere. Power lost all over New England. My school was open the entire time ~_~ edit: shut up owb, not all of us can be hanging out in LA | ||

I love the snow, going for walks through the snow is one of the most relaxing things on the face of the planet. Especially at night with a big layer of snow and it's still falling, the powder drowns out the noise and the whole world becomes still and silent aside from the crunching of boots and the wind whistling.... nothing like it. On a separate note, I'm really freaking out right now. I haven't been out on a date in almost 3 years (probably even longer, considering my ex and I mostly just stayed in together), and now I get this great, cute, nerdy chick to go out with me and if I fuck it up I'm going to drink myself into a coma. yaaaaay | ||
