I fear for this Nintendo Direct because it could very well be the reveal of Ice Climbers and I made a dumb bet with my friend they wouldn't be in the next Smash. This was before I really knew about the competitive scene and how iconic they were. I think there was a leaked document that said they might not be in it and that made sense to me because other than Smash, Ice Climbers have had no significance to Nintendo since the NES. So whenever it happens I'm gonna lose money haha.
