They had to add dragon footage to show people what the new seasons special effects are going to be like. They had to introduce a new character with an entirely new family. They had to have an action scene so they put the bit at the inn in the end in there. If you remove those scenes really all that's left is centralized around two plot points, Geoffrey's wedding and related drama, and the attack on the wall. I think it was fine. A bit slow. | ||
