Scions look cool. Although they seem Killzone inspired or something lol
Well I like them compared to the old models, which were just dudes in riot gear. The new models really make them look like an elite force instead (Scions are the replacements for the old Stormtroopers). I'm waiting for the new Codices to drop before I decide to pick up some, but right now I'm feeling Militarium Tempestus or Astra Militarium over any of the Space Marine variants.

I dunno, they changed Sisters of Battle to Adeptas Sororitas, so maybe it's just their new direction or whatever.
I think the only new Guard model (aside from Scions and the Scion Command Squad, which still can be taken as Elites in the AM codex) is the Wyvern: + Show Spoiler + Pretty much a different loadout for the existing Hydra, changing out the twin-linked Autocannons for mortars. Not a bad model by a long shot, but it's just a different version of an existing one.
Apparently there's a new Commisar figure coming too, and they're going to replace some of the old Resin models with new Plastic kits.
Actually I take that back: there's going to be a new Ogryn kit, with a secondary version called Bullgryns, which are slightly more tough since they bring Riot Shields on top of their guns instead of close combat weapons.
