I started playing Pokemon Blue for nostalgia and then I wasted a lot of time training up a Haunter to go against Sabrina. Then I realized that Psychic isn't weak against Ghost in Gen 1 and dark doesn't exist prompting a giant fuuuuuuu. This is what I get for trying to remember types off the top of my head.
Now I need to train some bug pokemon.

You don't need type weakness to beat Sabrina, just abuse the fact that most relevant gen 1 Psychics have poor defense.

I think my favorite thing to do in generation 1 was to buy that Magikarp at the pokemon center at Mt. Moon and then have a Gyrados by the time I got to Misty.

I believe? I used to like that move since i liked jolteon best out of the 3 and psychic types were gay as fuck back i gen 1.

Gen 1 was so shit, best way to relive nostalgia is to play the remakes IMO. Just dont try and get heart gold / soul silver working on an emu, especially not with a hack. That shit dont work.
