Just my personal experience.
I still think dancing is fun though, but pretty much only by myself. Also tried a bit of balboa a while back, but height difference made me feel super creepy, I'd have to bend my knees so my thigh ended up between my partners...
Edit: Never enjoyed moving my limbs too fast (except you know), so most solo-kind dances are out of the question for me.
