I ctrl+F my name, then I check the posters icon and name. Then my eyes look at post count for some reason like it matters. Then I read the post itself.

If it's more than like 2 paragraphs I'm probably not reading it unless it's specifically responding to me. Hence, I've only read maybe 1/14th of Alaric's posts. Icon frist thing to catch my eye, and it catches me off-guard when it's changed recently. I tend to read everything apart from a few specific people, so if "hey X has that icon" I'll check the nick, otherwise just read the post and usually make the poster through context.
For example I almost responded to this one with "Your punchlines are getting repetitive, Teut, y u no make an effort for me? :<" or something like that, then I noticeed that ultra wasn't Teut but Req. Welp. Well you're going to miss my KS post the day I finish it! That'll teach you.

In other news, I think I'm fairly close to Gold in Smite, but I still can't make entire heads or tails of this League system they have set up.

start of season 2...what the fucking shit I actually really don't like what happened at the start of season 2 because it left a hole in season 2 (that was never filled). The missing piece provided a sort of balance of morality and character and power, and season 2 didn't have that balance.
