Actually this video is full of bs. I dont wanna go into whether or not elo hell is real, cause i agree its not. But his arguments are stupid. Seriously a graph of k/a vs death? What about takin into account position, game time, and most importantly oponents k/a v d. Then maybe that would have some sense, otherwise it is just throwing some math at people and hoping they dont understand what they see.
About elo, without knowing the exact working formulas, equations used, details of distribution, k factors and so on, You cant tell if the system used is good or bad.

Leaver argument lets take into account 1000 games mentiond in the video. Average game time lets say 30 minutes.
30 000 minutes. Thats 500 hours, almost 21 days of nonstop gaming. Seriously You are telling me that during this time Your game wont be interrupted at least once? No emergency, no something unexpecting, no lagg, no random dissconnect?

For the record, i dont belive in elo hell, but his arguments arent good.
