I feel people really misjudged some of the implications of the balance patch regarding Terran and Zerg, made it sound pretty hopeless in TvZ but this tournament has shown the reworks enable terran to get into the lategame in a better position if they play their cards right. | ||

Reynor was stubbornly sticking to Ling/Ultra attacks and TIME got to a point where he was defending it perfectly. Reynor ran out of money trying to transition to Broodlords and TIME attacked him when he didn't have an army to defend the Broods. | ||

More than that, Oliveira had already transitioned into Thors AND had a bank built up while he had wrecked a few of Reynor's bases with Hellbat counterattacks. TIME held on through a pretty desperate 10 minutes to Reynor throwing an infinite number of banes and lings at him, weathered it, found the counter and crushed Reynor. It wasn't just a lucky attack that caught Reynor mid transition. | ||
