Money: Total prize money is the about the same, just $800 less than 2021
Studio days (my projection based on current info): exactly the same for Code S, but one ST removed, so saving four days of studio production cost
Format: ridiculously convoluted, but the round-robin BO10 is an interesting variance-decreasing measure. will wait and see
Sponsors: LG UltraGear monitors dropped from sponsorship Afreeca still rocking the best production quality of all SC2 tourneys out there.
For sure! I also love that they change up the style each season. I mean, the style for this ST looks good ESL feels the same every season.

woa that medivac dropped that marine while the medivac was past the cliff of the natural, I knew there was a range to it but it was definitely farther than I expected

and with this lose, Rogue secured for himself the Katowice title.
|
I have feeling that Rogue may come back in Katowice even dropping out early from the two tournaments already. GG Bunny.

And it does correlates with his downhill performances in between Blizzcon 2017 and Katowice 2018.

so what's with the return of BCs? they seem so popular against zerg again suddenly, is it because of Gumiho?

Haha this game really is something else, thanks Maru for existing :D
|
Maru crushed poor armany...
|
Armani did all he could strategically, and he got some good fights as well, but Maru just overwhelmed him in the end with better macro and army composition.
|
I still can't believe that Maru played mech on Glittering Ashes, in one of the largest map in the map pool. I wasn't sure how it would work out.
Hah! Maru in his interview: "I'm not confident in my Zerg matchup..." Yeah right!

Are 3/4 liquibet, Rogue let me down. Gotta watch the vods

Trap looks like he has hit rock-bottom in recent weeks, really dont think he can get out of the group stage at IEM. Hero look so much much better, but he cant play in IEM unless Zest forfeit his spot, damn.

Is this tournamenr for Maru to loose?
