Usually mech is very abusable in early game, especially to certain timing attacks. Maru has the best unit control in the world and he can keep Protoss of his side of the map long enough that P can't establish map control before the mech reaches it's critical mass. The most common scenario when a Terran attempts mech is that Protoss will archon/immortal/chargelot bust them before 1/1 finishes on the armories and control the game from there. | ||
