That would obviously be included under "one or more foreigners".
But that's so unlikely to happen, there would be more accusations of cheating/ throwing matches than fans thinking that it happened legitimately.

Regarding the tournaent, Lambo is sick good and probably would have had a decent chance at coming out of other groups, but he's in the most difficult group against the top two terrans (who europeans traditionally struggle with).
