It's TRUE though, he doesn't seem to practice in Korea at all, just travels and plays for fun.

the people talking about the boring, predictable bracket - it's true, and it's because there isn't a perceived viable future in sc2 for a young person to go full time. that's why it's big news when someone like Probe goes full time, because he's just about the only high level player doing it

more proof that the foreigner gap is about the viability of the career and not about how hard people are able to work. no use fighting for a career that isn't going to pay the bills

(i hope this isn't perceived as a ded gaem post, i still love sc2, just honest analysis)

lol you know serral elazer and neeb are all younger than Probe, right?

they're all doing the exact thing you're decrying the lack of—they went full-time after finishing high school and are now enjoying the results from combining their talent with full-time effort.
AdministratorHey HP can you redo everything youve ever done because i have a small complaint?

Because there's only like 5 or 6 consistantly top players. And given how they distribute the brackets, he'll almost never meet them in the group stage or ro16
Zest, sOs, PartinG, Dark, and Maru are the real champs. ROOT_herO is overrated. Snute, Serral, and Scarlett are the foreigner GOATs

I am pretty sure the problem is the other way around.
While the rest of the world is producing new, younger players (especially with the recent rule changes allowing young player like Reynor to participate), it is Koreans that have not producing any noticeable new player for a long time, in bw or starcraft 2.
