Yeah, 3 stargate oracle is pretty normal, 5 stargate 30 oracles NO WARPGATE is borderline insanity? As a rule of thumb, I don't think massing one unit of any kind and be able to win game at the pro level is a good sign design wise. | ||

I just got in to LotV, but if this is a "legit" build, I hope that Blizzard will change something. It's more interesting to watch when you have to use more units, and air units in general are pretty boring to watch. | ||

I think that for the basic units (lings, marines etc) it makes sense that massing them can be a legit strat When it's with units designed for harass/support it can get frustrating | ||

He did that twice against Zanster G1: Cannonrush -> Oracle -> More Stargates -> Mass Oracle -> Mass Carrier G2: Cannonrush -> Oracle -> More Stargates -> Mass Oracle -> Mass Phoenix (vs Muta) -> Mass Voidray (vs Cor) Its amazing how many solutions the Stargate tech has in store. ^^ | ||

Unfortunately, Fungal won't affect air after Blizzcon, so it's only going to get worse. | ||
