Well it's true that we see Raven end game very rarely and that is mostly the reason that we don't hear many complaints about this unit that often.

I was in the stasis during 2016, true. So it just so happens that last time i cared about SC2 every TvZ ended up with zerg dying to mass ravens if they did not win the game in 20 minutes. Now i come back and well, what do I see, ravens that are even stronger than they were in HotS.

That doesn't make it any less silly even if it were so. Silly sure, but if it's so impractical that nobody can get there, how silly a never-used build happens to be is a moot point. Tree falls in the forest and whatnot.
It's still a risk factor though. If a meta change caused the transition to become slightly easier it could easily become oppressive.
