I am now leaning towards he opinion of the doctor I saw in Thursday - who is not my regular physician - that I have two separate issues. One is a mycosis or candidosis of mouth, triggered by the steroids I got for MS, and other one was a streptococal infection in throat. The first one I have for quite some time, it raises my temperature very slightly, but it seems to be otherwise asymptomatic, while the other one was successfully treated by the antibiotics she gave me. Because my throat is now fine and I feel completely healthy - trust me, a whole day of skiing while sick is a very easily noticeable experience. But this all has to be confirmed by objective testing, which I hope to get done first think on Tuesday. At any case, I took a small risk and it paid off, I didn't get sick and I got a marvelous skiing day. Those are now more precious than ever because I have no way of knowing when the MS hits my motor capabilities, but for now, I can confirm that my legs are perfectly fine, because I have did ride better than ever today. | ||
