Yes that is true but if you look at IEM Shanghai and he fails also.
The thing is when you see PvZ mutas in midgame instead of late game base trade, usually it.means the two players are not on the same level. If you push hard enough with concil 3 warpgate or robotics it is impossible for Z to make mutas.
