Regardless of who he meets it will be plenty of fun to watch, but the pressure will be on the zerg I feel. I think Nerchio vs ShoWTimE could be another epic episode of Game of Throws. You don't have much faith in any of them? Nerchio looked pretty good vs Scarlett (except map 2 perhaps) and Showtime didn't really give Violet much to write hope about after all. Both of them are really excellent at choking. And ShoWTimE especially so against Zerg. Yeah, history proves you right I suppose. But seeing how Germany beat USA today, anything can happen! I'd take it. Although at heart I'm rooting for Polt in everything he plays in. Don't we all, though. Looking at what was going on here after the Strange games, apparently not. TL's just a salt mine, though. Wait so I'm the only Polt hater around here? how can one hate polt?

Top 3 nicest progamer I've ever met (along with Sheth and Machine), and even his fake trash talk is adorable :D

Sure, but internet issues wouldn't affect offline play anyways.

Is there any off channel or someplace to catch vods from past 2 days?

So if Polt beats Nerchio then the winner of Masa and Showtime automatically qualifies for Blizzcon?
|
Seems unfair to give it to someone for getting 2nd. I'd guess it'd just open up one more slot for highest ranked in WCS points as seasons end.

No, apparently not. No one gets a direct qualifier from this tourney if Polt wins.

Finally watched the stream, Polt's double banshee is bringing back some not so fond memories of scrap station. Oh and I love how folks are trying to spin Polt's win.
How I imagine the ridiculous logic is working. Polt using a bunker rush and banshee... Polt being forced to play in a way he doesn't want to... "moral" victory for whomever Polt just beat.
I remember reading one of the TL's previews for IEM katowice. They said something along the lines of what is happening now. Polt is going to bleed. He's going to look beatable. But in the end he wins. So far, same story.

Has had some interesting ways of dealing with banes apart from his as usual very entertaining style.

Still a bit dumb to me that Polt Hydra Neeb and Nerchio were all on the same side of the bracket, would have been great semi's.
Well I hope Nerchio wins now
