The problem is that when the time comes to stop mining gas (to add +2 racks) or to continue (factory), you don't know if the protoss is going macro or blink aggression. Since blink builds kinda fell out of flavor, most terrans opened with a fast factory now, to be able to put pressure on a greedy toss. But to hold blink aggression, you're way better off with a 3 racks build. | ||
