EPTI just see Flash doing a strong offensive, then didnt work, then army supply so much difference...
Why didnt it work? Is it because Flash play poorly? Make wrong decision? He need to kill the hatchery to make it worth?

Flash's opening strat would only work out if he dealt enough dmg to get ahead of DRG. He did not do this. He did not kill the hatch, he did not cripple DRG's economy, he did not trade efficiently, he did not get ahead in any way. The only way to prevent DRG from moving out with mutas and destroying Flash is if Flash is able to deal enough dmg to DRG to the point where DRG is forced to play defensive. DRG didn't feel any need to play defensive because Flash failed his attack so badly. And then once the mutas entered Flash's base, DRG saw that Flash had 0 defense preparations ready. It was pretty much GG from there. | ||

I doubt this will happen^^ Yeah it's still a far-fetched scenario, since there's a 31 points difference, so basically it would mean either SBENU first (highly unlikely) and KT 5th to 8th (highly likely), or SBENU second (possible) and KT 6th to 8th (possible), or SBENU third (likely) and KT 8th (highly unlikely). edit : wait that's only the points for the regular round, I forgot the bonus points for first and second playoffs places. | ||

I also doubt that KT will place last. If we assume that i am correct SBENU would need to win the playoffs which is also very unlikely, which is why i don't doubt that KT will be in the season playoffs. I am scared that we will do badly there though, well still some time to improve! :D | ||

That's exactly what he needed to do, instead of sacking his units to kill the third, he killed more Zerglings and still lost most of his stuff. I believe Flash killed barely a handful of drones Flash could have sacked the hellbat and banshee damage on the hatch and easily escaped with the only units that mattered (the banshees) which along with the lack of 6 gas resulting in delayed Mutalisks not only would have allowed Flash to further pressure with the Banshees, but he would have gotten his third established. That said, I routinely see Flash skip building missile turrets in a timely manner which is odd considering 2 base Muta is very popular in the KR scene. Flash should have stuck to his guns and tried to out macro DRG and beat him with strong mid game engagements, it's really his macro mechanics and multitask that allows him to win most games I see, not his execution of clever offense plays. I wouldn't say Flash got "outplayed" too hard there, that was just a wonky execution against a good Zerg. | ||

Is he going to do double attack and because of mismicro, didnt happen . . Or is it on purpose he park hellion there? | ||

It needed to do heavy damage in order to get ahead, either a hatchery of many drones. DRG spotted the medivac (I believe he spotted it because flash made it fly through the third hatchery but I'd have to watch again to be certain) and had all queens in positions so he deflected it easily. He also prepared a baneling nest and banelings+queens is basicly how you hold banshee hellbat. Flash's execution wasn't really crisp (he had a window to run in the natural with hellions when his hellbats were keeping lings and queens occupied. Only later DRG split his lings from his queens and prevented that.) but it mostly comes down to scout and response from DRG. He also hoped for thors to be up in time for mutalisks but they came like 20s later and like 20 SCVs were killed by mutas as well as a gas in the natural. Too low economy to handle the roach switch resulted into a loss. | ||
