yeah i know he was ahead. i'm still laughing about how that gold base went unscouted for like 10 minutes when he was literally a screen away. but any other terran would have ended that game maybe in the first 15 minutes.

This map is SICK. It just needs you to be actively present on the map with loads of marines/lings/zealots at key points to scout and know where the enemy is. Although I agree that I don't really get the purpose of the LOS blockers on the destructible rocks.

To be fair in both this game and the one vs maru he defended well for the first 5 minutes, and then he started falling apart. It's really hard to not make a single mistake when the terran is multidropping you for 10 minutes.

Make 1 turret in each mineral line. Lose 4 SCVs at each passage of the Phoenixes. Make 2 turrets in each mineral line. Lose 0 SCVs at each passage of the Phoenixes.
If you see that many phoenixes, why not add some turrets?

No, Avilo reacted just quickly enough to force the cancel. He then promptly pulled all his SCVs at the 6 minute mark, got FFd at Huk's ramp, balance whined in chat, left the game, and balance whined more on Twitter.
But the Kelazhur game was straight up PO in the Terran main, and it won.

Nah. Maru is a lot better then herO. He just underestimated the guy and did not prepare/scout well enough. He would destroy herO normally. Agree with Rain and Parting though. They are the only ones that can take on Maru (+ in form classic maybe)

thats a completely different build. 11/11 (proxy 2 rax) is outside the main, 8 rax is in main with bunkers. from what i see, both have similar chances of winning but 8rax instantly loses if it gets scouted

speedmedivacs are such questionable game design, armies teleporting around, dropping on top of other armies, really hope they will be adjusted for lotv
drops are good and fun of course but to a rts gamer watching sc2 for the first time this must look like a first alpha version

You got to hand it to Sora, he fought valiantly until that recall, but Maru is just impossibly good. He makes drops looks broken, that's how strong he is.
