First I want to apologize to the fans who continue to support Leifeng Cup. Due to the busy traveling recently (WCS, iG-Prime in Proleague), there has been a month's absence of Leifeng Cup SC2 events (I believe there's a HotS series as well)
After some preparation and several change in schedule, I finally decided that this monthly final will be held on Sunday July 5th at 6pm (Chinese time), After the final, Leifeng Cup dailies will be continued as scheduled.
There's a little regret for this monthly in that Flash could not attend. He was planning to attend this but Kespa Cup arranged his match to happen on July 6th, so he is not in the list of participating players.
Another very exciting point is that as a 32 years old starcraft old boy, we will have the SCOldBoys F91 and Xiaose join us in casting the event.
Ok, enough chit chat, let's take a look at the tournament details.
Leifeng Cup Sc2 Monthly Final #3 will consist of 4 groups of players: Leifeng Cup Daily winners + Top 3 players of the last 2 monthly finals + Invited players + High attendance players
High Attendance Players (without a champion): 60: iG.MacSed (played in all 22 cups from #61-82) 61: iG.Jim (20 cups) 62: iG.Cloudy (18 cups) 63: iG.Xy (18 cups) 64: XTeam.Shana (15 cups) (Replacements for any of the 64 players who can't attend) 65: Rushcrazy (15 cups) 66: Zoo.Zycart (12 cups) 67: Zoo.Sakya (12 cups) 68: NrS.Clavie (12 cups) 69: Silky (12 cups)
Competition Format: The event will being on July 5th at 6pm Chinese time and finish on the same day. Double elimination. The First round of the winner's and loser's bracket will be best of 1, the map is Echo. The second round of winner's and loser's bracket will be best of 1 too,the map is Coda. The Rest of the matches will all be best of 3

Walkover Rules： This final will Start at 7:00PM KST 5th July. if a player doesn't show up, for every 15mins, he will lose 1 point (I think this means walkover for the First 2 rounds). After 30mins he will go to the loser bracket. For each round is over, if admin asks one player for score, but doesn't get the response, then every 15mins this player will lose 1 point. And after 30mins, we will consider that he abstains.
who should I pm to change the TL calendar start time for this event. It's supposed to start at 7pm KST/6am EDT but I think accidentally put 6pm EDT instead. I don't want everyone to miss the event

It's funny because it's standard format for an online cup, but since there are so many Kespa A teamers it seems unfair (also I think they wanted complete the event in 1 day since there are SSL challenger/HSC before and Kespa Cup after).
