Actually Tempests only work against Ptitdrogo in PvP, thats the way Gungfu qualified for WCS this season ^^ (1 day after the tempest nerf) Somehow Ptitdrogo really struggles vs players who go tempests =D

I've seen them work in Korea for players like Zest too often to believe that . It just doesn't go to that very late game often enough or we'd see them more imo. And of course the map has to be right.
