wat
Stats had a way better chance if it was a PvP final. Now he's up against a guy who just 4-0'd the 2nd best PvT in the world.

Classic is really judged sternly when it comes to his quality. He indeed played some great Starcraft to get rid of an seemingly unstoppable Maru and even played a good series vs soO. His Blizzcon run was great too. He's vastly underestimated.

Stats is going to turn Dream into 2015 soO.

Dear in his absolute prime, a kind of ridiculous monster Protoss. Zest, the best Protoss in the world by quite a bit at the time, one who all-killed SKT. INnoVation, once the penultimate Terran and best in the world by miles. Those 3, all of them were incredibly popular at those times and are widely held in high esteem by the fans. Who is Classic? Classic is just that guy who denied soO the one GSL win he deserved for many people.

i used to think classic was the skt version of stats being underrated. he's pretty much in that byul tier where he's capable of beating the best players but also losing to guys like MMA in blizzcon semi-finals or getting knocked out in ro32 gsl right after his championship. i feel he was lucky to have met soOlver surfer in the gsl finals.

That's the best thing about his run, it wasn't fluked or anything. He just played better than everybody he met.
