This build relies on reaper or cc first, it is supposed to hit at 3.40 or 3.50 when terran is making an add-on on the rax and their reaper is halfway across the map. The two zealots can mess everything up and your msc will be out if they send the reaper to your base.

And the counter is to do just what TANGTANG did, SCV scout at around 13-14. But it does require some micro and not losing your reaper to 4 probes.

Every team has an assigned colour. Prime is purple, Samsung is blue, KT is red, SKT is orange, CJ is yellow, SBENU is pink, Jin Air is green, MVP is teal. Those are the colours the ones they use in non-mirror matches. In mirrors, they always play red vs blue. Except twice this round where they didn't do it in TvT even though they did it in the other TvTs this round.

I don't understand why Gerrard sends out Creator as 4th. You're basically banking on the fact that your best player only gets a chance to play if 1 out of the other 3 get a win. But seeing as how they are notorious for 0-3 losses, you need to put your best player earlier...

The only thing it could change is that they would be 1-3 instead of 0-3, not that much of a difference anyway and probably worth sacrificing for some strategic advantage (guessing favourable oponents on each map).

I'm fairly sure that during BW, Air Force ACE had a better record than Prime does now, and that's with half the practice time of other teams and a bunch of semi-retired veteran players on their roster...

Trust me, as someone who has gotten 0-Xed in team leagues before: Anything is better than 0-3, 1-3 would be much much better for morale

ACE has lost countless matches in the ace match. But even when their record was abysmal they showed SPIRIT in their games. Something Prime hasn't done for months.
I wish there was some way to dig in to Prime a bit more. Seeing what goes on in their team house, how much they practice, etc. There's gotta be reasons for this long term poor performance.

Sometimes, to use the football analogy again, you get great players who go into management, but just can't cut it. There's a real people level to sports coaching in general.
