Meaning, he abuses the fact that his army is way more mobile. Also mech takes very long to be strong (requires high numbers) as ground force- so you "just" need to go for an early push (sounds easier then it is ofc) or allin, to kill the mech player. Maxed out mech usually also doesn't have too well of anti-air. And if you got Thors and the Opponent has HTs, feedback hits pretty hard. But: its actually a good composition IF you ever make it to the maxed out mech + Ghosts. So its basically not a very viable option. Its not bad, but its hard to execute and there are many ways to kill the mech player before he gets the composition he wants. We will see it from time to time again (as we did already, every couple of months), and if you watch some players that ONLY play mech (or are known for likely going mech), you see you can have success with it. But most players will feel more comfortable with a faster/ more mobile army. If LOTV Tanks (pickup by medivac) stay that way, mech could be more viable, since one of the biggest problems is the time between unsieging, moving, sieging and shooting (if you get attacked somewhere you don't have your army, as we have seen Reality losing his PF) main example was Bbyong in the play off last year. Won twice with it, got destroyed by Rain the 3rd time he tried it and it wasn't even close. Rain just built stargate and carriers iirc. Stats did it as well against Suno in GSL too. Zest did it vs Bbyong in SSL Challenger.

Well the Solar one was a gamble, but Yongwha should have won that imo :D I am always interested in top 5 lists though In my opinion, Yongwha has been overperforming in proleague not the other way around for individual leagues. That's why I wouldn't bet on him against any midclass opponent, like Reality.
Top5 Zerg is pretty easy ByuL Rogue Life Dark Style Start Dong

Even when there are even trades, mech takes too long to rebuild.

Hm, i just know that Yongwha is a dream destroyer in qualifiers and his proleague record was quite good too (i mean you can be good in proleague and do way worse in individual leagues, it's kinda different) Why i hoped for Solar being good again, i don't know -.- Sbenu can do wonders, but transforming DRG into a top 5 zerg isn't one of them Life, Byul, Rogue, Dark, there is no other zerg worthy of being 5th
