None of these results are really big upsets (aside from Trust, but since he got multiple wins it's easier to point that to him overperforming than protoss being OP), they're just protosses beating out terrans/zergs of their skill level.
It's rough sometimes, but that's how the game works.

I love Flash, but having to go through (probably) Hurricane, Cure, Dark, Classic/Rogue, and finally whoever comes from upper half of that bracket (Rain?). Given how he's been playing lately I'm not holding my breath here. But would at least hope he shows something and gets past Hurricane and Cure. Given his recent TvZ, have zero belief in him beating any half-decent zergs, oh me of little faith. God, I am sorry I doubt you so.
And really curious how Taeja, Impact, and Bomber do. Especially Taeja, he hasn't looked the same since coming back to KR
