That's not even so bad, I don't understand why they didn't just do the Ro16 in March at one of their studios. It's easier for the players because the atmosphere is a bit more regulated than what I imagine it'll be like, and there is a lower risk of technical difficulties. Doing the Ro8 and onwards live at this event would have been enough, no? | ||

Doing the Ro8 and onwards live at this event would have been enough, no? thats exactly what I am saying, if the ro32 and ro16 wasn't played in studio, then the event could be done quickly and efficiently, but because its not there is a month between ro32 and ro16 then ro8 in the same weekend as ro16 week makes no sense | ||

In GSL and SSL you get more than 1 day to prepare for your opponents. yup, I dont know if Blizzard wanted to model WCS completely after GSL (because its the same tournament design) but if so, they did it wrong...as vital to the tournament as the ro32/ro16 design is the preparation for opponents aspect, which has been warped terribly in WCS | ||
