I was always rooting against stephano but accepted he was good and loved Polt so it was extra awesome for me as well

I guess that's part of it. All the people who claimed that sc2 was sooooo easy compared to BW and Flash/JD etc would dominate easily in the new game make me feel satisfaction when he doesn't dominate
