I think stargate is just really weak against what innovation did. Basically you invest 300 gas into having detection which you could have for a lot less with robo tech.

I'm glad that Dark actually did a Roach-bane all in; I rarely see Zerg's do it these days and executely properly, its an easy win against fast 3 cc builds
I'm Curious to see how this next match goes. Will we see a new Classic Terran Innovation that sends ST-Yoe Dark or will the zerg make SKT Sorry and keep the Dream Alive?

When people feel like they are the vastly superior player they usually go for a very quick game. Micro and split-second decisions are more emphasized in those type of games. That's why koreans often cheese against foreigners...

Life was the ace that allowed them to get to the playoffs. For the rest of the team yeah San and Leenock are still there but their level of play dropped, which makes me wonder if Life wasn't an essential element of STYoe's training.

Didn't Life at some point say that he didn't practice much before joining KT?
As for Leenock and San, Leenock only got to play a single time in Proleague since Life left them, where he left MarineKing untouched early and paid for it as he couldn't keep up in the macro. San is still playing okay-ish. Curious is doing really bad, tho.
What's the ruling on PartinG playing in Proleague? Is there a time limit or is it a season long ban? ST-Yoe is pretty hindered now without him or Life.

Samsung isn't that surprising to me. They lost 4 matches in Round 1 in the ace match against CJ, KT, JAGW & MVP. Only got stomped by SKT. imo CJ are strong in proleague format but are weak in all-kill format
